Oversea Purchase and warranty

I am from Hong Kong and would like to buy a S20 full package, and I have the following questions.

1) How to place an order and ship to Hong Kong?
2) What are the warranty terms for oversea purchase (e.g. How long is the warranty)? If I need any repairment serivces, must I mail the device to korea?
3) For oversea purchase, if the device doesn't work properly after delivery, can it be still exchanged within 7 days of delivery? Does your company (the seller) bears the mailing cost for an exchange due to device malfunction?
4) Does the S20 full package for Android include a tablet?

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry.

1.) Unfortunately, we currently do not provide direct shipping service to Hong Kong. However, if you'd like to order our item, you can order by using our shoppingmall (The shipping fee should be covered by customers).

2). The warranty is valid for one year from the date you ordered. Repair services(A/S) are free of charge during the warranty period, but the shipping cost is not included as I mentioned before.

3.) If the device is malfunctioning upon delivery, we can arrange an exchange for a new device.
However, the shipping fee for returning or resending the device is not covered by our company.

4.) The tablet is not included in the S20 full package for Android.
