Request for TeamViewer Remote Access – Training Protocol crashes with "unknown 01" error

I am writing to request TeamViewer remote access for my NeuroHarmony BT program.

Problem description:
I can open Brain Health, but when I click Training Protocol or Brain Health , it also shows the error code "unknown error - 01".

Could you please assist me via TeamViewer remote access? I am available at any time that is convenient for you. Please feel free to let me know a suitable date and time, and I will prepare the TeamViewer ID and password immediately. Thank you so much.

The error message you are experiencing (“unknown error - 01”) is a known issue that may occur during the initial installation of the program.

This is typically caused by a missing system library, and it can be easily resolved by installing the required file below:

Instructions:

Please download the file from the link above
Extract the ZIP file
Run the installer before launching the NeuroHarmony program again

Once installed, the program should run normally without the error.
